Unstick Your Plateau

Hey guys, Kelly here. I have a tip for those who feel stuck at a plateau or who just can’t get to that next level of fitness, regardless. Maybe what’s happening is you’re not pushing through the tough spots. The results that you seek are on the other side of discomfort. So, if you are stopping at the point when you feel it is too tough, you are stopping at your current fitness level. The only way to get to the next fitness level is to go through that discomfort to get to the other side. That’s where your new body waits for you. Push Through!
