Hi guys. Here’s a tip for you as far as what do i do during the week. How do i know what my workouts are. How do I, you know, do this so that I’m not spending so much time choosing a workout.
Well what you should do with Sunday night ,go through your workouts, and pick the five you want to do that week. Then when you have that day hit, you know your workout, you know what to set up and it’s quick. So make Sunday night, before you call it a night, set up your schedule for the week. No questions asked. What I do to the night before is I’ll set my workout room with the equipment i want to use so it’s already ready to go. Try it.
