Since my workout was so quick yesterday, I thought I'd give it a full hour today. I did Body Training 1 and the hip/ab mix. And my quads are on fire! But in a good way. _________________ Michele (with one L) |

Hi Michele!!
I actually got a good night's sleep and did 30 MTF Weights #2 this morning with standing abs. Man, this bronchitis is STILL kicking my butt--I had to drop weights on everything!! But it feels good to be working out again. I hope to add on some ab work after I get home from work tonight.
Rain in Dallas today. Ick.

| LOL Michele! Not only rain but pea-sized hail here too!! The sun is just peeking out though, which is good--I left something in my car and now is my chance to run down to the parking lot and get it!!! |

Good job on the hour workout, Michele!
Today I followed through on my promise to do a step workout this week. I did Athletic Step, which is fun, but challenging. At least for me in the morning when I am barely awake!
I do like doing some kickboxing the day after weights. Those cross punches help to loosen up my semi-sore back and shoulder muscles.
Wendy, we had rain in my part of TX (Sherman) too , but we are supposed to see some sun on Thursday and Friday. |

Thanks, Wendy! The rain has stopped here and I think the clouds are just starting to thin out a bit. |

Just added an evening workout: Jackie Warner's Leg Circuit and Abs Circuit from her Circuit workout DVD. I liked it! 15 minutes for each (30 minute workout) and it moves fast but that is different for me. Some unique moves, too. In the keeper pile it goes!!

| Jodi--I'd say YES. You can do a 40 minute circuit or premixes of 15 minutes upper body, 15 minutes lower body, 15 minute total body, and 15 minutes abs. Each premix includes the warm-up and stretch. So for our time constraints, it works--or can be a nice add on to a cardio workout. |
