I just had to tell you this story. I have been with my husband for 12 years. He has witnessed me working out to videos 5 days a week for all these years. He has NEVER shown an interest in joining me until TLC. He came by our workout room and said, Wow, that looks like fun. I asked if he wanted to join me and he said, Sure! We have done the workout together twice now and he loves it. I am so thrilled!! He did pretty well keeping up, too!

Going into Week #3 of my Coffeyfit rotation!!!!!!! I put on a pair of jeans tonight that I haven't worn since June and they are TOO BIG! I stay away from the scale (for the most part), but I look and feel smaller. People close to me are starting to comment. LOVE YOU, Kelly!
