I am a certified personal trainer and I can say that the exercise science behind the 30 minutes to fitness series workouts are fantastic.

It is researched and proven that 30 minute circuits, that combine cardio intervals along with weight training, burn more fat and are highly effective for improving strength and cadio fitness at the same time!

Kelly also makes working out really fun and her cueing is hands down the best. She provides an advance move and a modified move, making these DVDs perfect for all level of exercisers.

This DVD along with the other 30 minutes to fitness series are fantastic.

You will see results as they give you an excellent sweaty workout without the dread.

I have made them a regular part of my rotation.
