30 Minutes to Fitness
I just LOVE this workout, I can't stop with one segment and end up doing both upper and lower. This is such a versatile workout with the active rest segments, not to mention the premixes. This is one workout that rocks when I'm in a hurry and do not feel like dragging out an entire set of dumbells, barbells, steps, etc. The music is perfect, and I your straightforward style and cueing. Thank you so much for this!
