Get Ready, Step, Go intermixes higher-impact floor aerobics with traditional step combinations. The variety and challenge never subsides. Karate and sports-influenced moves, plyomterics and traditional step moves make up a medley of creative patterns. Each add-on routine builds to completion in 5-6 minutes, after which the moves are not repeated. The drills are short and effective, raising your heart rate without over-stressing joints. The step segments are performed both sideways and toward the T.V. Dancy moves and turns are not a part of this athletic and straight forward workout. All the routines are designed facing the viewer to make following along easier visually. This 60 minute cardio workout ends with a standing ab-focused cool down.
